Job summary

New Energy Nexus Philippines seeks a Junior Program Associate to provide coordination, administrative, and operational support across NEX PH programs and activities. The role works closely with program teams to ensure activities are well-organized, participants and stakeholders are properly supported, and program records and documentation are maintained accurately and on time.

The position will be full time and mostly virtual with occasional domestic travel for physical events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in program coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication in English, Tagalog and Cebuano.
• Comfortable coordinating with diverse stakeholders and using productivity tools.
• Willing to attend occasional in-person activities as part of a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for program activities.
• Coordinate with participants, partners, speakers, consultants, service providers, and stakeholders.
• Assist with participant registration, scheduling, attendance, and materials.
• Support program communications, invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Assist pre, during, and post-activity event support, including on-site tasks.
• Maintain accurate program and participant records and prepare reports and meeting notes.
