Job summary

Outsource Access is seeking an Order Management and Purchasing Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll build and manage detailed quotes and orders, ensure specifications align with project requirements, and support the end-to-end order lifecycle from quote to approval.

You’ll work with CORE Business Solutions and CET/Configura, handling large datasets and complex pricing to protect margins, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with focus on data integrity and complex product codes.
• Data-driven thinker comfortable working with large structured datasets and pricing.
• Self-sufficient with strong ERP intuition for multi-page order workflows.

Responsibilities

• Precision Order Execution: Build and manage detailed customer quotes and orders in CORE, ensuring accuracy of model numbers and quantities.
• Seamless Specification Integration: Import SIF files and bills of materials into the ERP from CET/Configura or similar software.
• Protecting the Bottom Line: Audit pricing, dealer costs, discounts, and freight surcharges to protect margins.
• End-to-End Order Mastery: Support the full order lifecycle from quotes to final client approval for multi-floor orders.
