Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an order specialist to manage the full order lifecycle from home, ensuring accurate entry, timely dispatch, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. You will coordinate with sales, accounts, and warehouse to maintain smooth order flow.

The role requires 2+ years in order processing, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will work independently from a fully remote setup, starting reliably each day.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order processing, sales administration or customer operations.
• Accurate, high-volume data entry under tight deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and a habit of double-checking your own work.
• Strong prioritisation skills, and the self-discipline to work independently from home with a reliable, punctual start to each day.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of B2B and B2C orders in NetSuite and third-party customer portals.
• Track every order from entry to delivery, logging status updates and transaction/invoice numbers.
• Work with the warehouse team on amendments, dispatch schedules and delivery tracking.
• Keep a close eye on turnaround times, prioritising key customers.
• Be the go-to contact for phone and email inquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Keep customer and transaction records accurate across internal systems and portals.
• Support the team with ad hoc admin and operational projects once core orders are cleared.
