Job summary

Outsource Access Careers in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to manage quotes and orders in CORE Business Solutions, ensuring every model number, prefix, suffix, and quantity matches project specifications.

You’ll integrate SIF files and BOMs from CET/Configura into the ERP, audit pricing and freight costs to protect margins, and support the full order lifecycle from initial quotes to final client approval for multi-floor product orders.

Qualifications

A Detail-Oriented Specialist focusing on data integrity and accurate product codes.
Experience with structured data, pricing structures, and ERP workflows.
Ability to handle large volumes of data and multi-page order processes.
Familiarity with order-entry systems and related software.

Responsibilities

Precision Order Execution: build and manage quotes and orders in CORE, ensuring specs match.
Seamless Specification Integration: import SIF files and BOMs into the ERP from CET/Configura.
Protecting the Bottom Line: audit pricing, costs, discounts, and surcharges for accuracy.
End-to-End Order Mastery: support lifecycle from quotes to client approval for complex orders.
