Propeller is a remote-friendly company hiring an Order Ops Specialist to support sales operations and commercial workflows. In this fully remote role, you’ll generate quotes, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, prepare deals, and support order provisioning while collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate data management.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of margins and revenue recognition and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires responsiveness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Quote Management & Adjustments: Generate, update, and adjust commercial quotes.
• HubSpot CRM Maintenance: Maintain CRM organization and database hygiene to ensure pipeline data and deal records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Deal Preparation: Prepare deals and documentation for internal review, approval, and closing.
• Commercial Analysis: Apply commercial basics (e.g., margins, revenue rules) to review quote structures and deal terms.
• Order Provisioning: Perform light order provisioning tasks to ensure smooth handoffs and fulfillment.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate asynchronously and synchronously with team members using Slack and Google Workspace.
