Job summary

EX Squared LATAM is seeking a PreCaller Specialist to perform structured pre-inspection interviews for commercial insurance underwriting in a fully remote role based in Colombia. You will gather, verify, and document operational information from business owners and property representatives to support risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to gather and verify information for insurance inspections and underwriting.
• Inform owners about upcoming site visits and answer basic process questions.
• Conduct structured interviews to collect operational, property, occupancy, liability and exposure data.
• Gather details across diverse industries including retail, hospitality, eateries, automotive, and trades.
• Document interview findings and prepare detailed underwriting summaries.
• Follow guidelines while adapting questions to operations and exposures.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy; flag discrepancies for escalation.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, agents, and internal teams to resolve inconsistencies.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure contacts are completed within service windows.
• Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround targets while handling multiple assignments.
