You will work with multiple AMS tools and collaborate with internal teams to ensure renewals and notices are processed efficiently. This position requires a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish required; English proficiency a strong plus.
• Strong customer service focus with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and several cases simultaneously.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/AMS platforms.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with policy servicing.
• Manage account billing, policy renewals, and carrier notices.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and documentation in Salesforce.
• Handle 40-60 calls daily with quality support and low abandon rate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service.
