D2B is seeking a dedicated Planning Engineer for a fully remote role in the Philippines. You will develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, produce planning reports, and support project execution with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The position requires 1–3 years of planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and familiarity with Australian, New Zealand, or UK construction/production practices. Flexible for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of planning engineering experience in construction or production.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in Australian, New Zealand, or UK construction/production is required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work remotely and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for internal and production projects.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks or delays.
• Prepare accurate progress reports, resource allocation plans, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and operational workflows.
• Respond to scheduling queries via the Project Manager or Senior Planning Engineer.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting methods.
