Job summary

D2B is seeking a dedicated Planning Engineer for a fully remote role in the Philippines. You will develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, produce planning reports, and support project execution with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The position requires 1–3 years of planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and familiarity with Australian, New Zealand, or UK construction/production practices. Flexible for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

1–3 years of planning engineering experience in construction or production.
Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in Australian, New Zealand, or UK construction/production is required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work remotely and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for internal and production projects.
Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks or delays.
Prepare accurate progress reports, resource allocation plans, and milestone tracking.
Ensure all planning activities comply with company and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and operational workflows.
Respond to scheduling queries via the Project Manager or Senior Planning Engineer.
Support continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting methods.
