Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Senior P6 Planner/Scheduler to take ownership of schedules on major civil construction projects. This role is remote, based in the Philippines, reporting to the Project Controls Lead, with scope across tender, baseline, and recovery schedules.

You'll lead EOT and delay-analysis, track critical paths, run health checks, and mentor project teams in planning discipline. Strong Primavera P6 expertise and excellent English are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a senior planner/scheduler on civil, concrete, or heavy-construction projects.
• Expert hands-on command of Oracle Primavera P6 including WBS, baselines, resources and schedule analysis.
• Experience running EOT and delay-analysis processes essential to this role.
• Understanding of civil and structural concrete construction sequencing; underground-works exposure is a plus.
• Experience preparing contract programs, updates, look-aheads and recovery programs.

Responsibilities

• Build tender, baseline, recovery, and detailed delivery schedules in Primavera P6.
• Own the schedule update cycle, tracking critical paths and flagging material impacts.
• Turn schedule data into insights: variance analysis, forecasts, look-aheads, recovery scenarios.
• Produce weekly/monthly dashboards, progress curves, and critical-path analyses.
• Support resource planning across multiple projects with varying scale.
• Own EOT and delay-analysis end-to-end to support commercial outcomes.
• Assess time impact of changes and reconcile with earned value and cost reports.
• Maintain P6 configuration, coding, and quality standards across the portfolio.
• Facilitate planning workshops and coach project teams in planning discipline.
