Job summary

DMCI is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner/Scheduler or Planning Manager to lead project controls on complex construction programs in the Philippines. You will develop schedules, manage cost and schedule performance, and coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure timely delivery using Primavera P6.

Qualifications

Licensed engineer (PE) in any field.
15+ years in industry with 10+ years as Senior Planner/Scheduler or Planning Manager with Primavera P6.
Experience leading project controls activities across planning, scheduling, change management, forecasting, cost, and claims.

Responsibilities

Prepare Project Controls Plan for assigned project/program.
Lead Planning, Schedule Development, Change Management, Forecasting, and Cost/Trends/Claims reporting.
Review and approve Earned Revenue Determination Data and Project Financial Status Reports.
Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors and manage interface across disciplines.
Prepare weekly Accomplishment Reports for the owner and monthly accounting/revenue reports.
