Job summary

Winning Assistants seeks a Patient Care Coordinator (Physical Therapy) to support a U.S.-based practice remotely. You will handle virtual reception, patient coordination, clinical documentation, and admin tasks while maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism.

You will work with PT clinicians, manage scheduling, reminders, and documentation in WebPT, RingCentral, and AppToto, ensuring a smooth patient experience across age groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or patient coordination is required.
• Experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, medical, or similar patient-care environment is preferred.
• Previous roles as Patient Care Coordinator or Medical Receptionist are advantageous.
• Able to handle medical terminology and patient records with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual reception and manage inbound patient calls in real time.
• Coordinate appointments and send reminders using RingCentral and AppToto.
• Assist with clinical documentation and charting in WebPT; summarize patient sessions.
• Support insurance verification and authorization processes as needed.
