Winning Assistants LLC. is seeking a Healthcare Billing & Patient Care Coordinator to support a U.S.-based practice from a remote setup.

The role blends medical billing, prior authorizations, insurance verification, patient intake, scheduling, and follow-ups in a compassionate, trauma-informed manner. Part-time with potential transition to full-time between November and January, 20 hours weekly, salary $5-$7 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong U.S. healthcare billing experience with prior authorizations.
• Experience with insurance verification, benefits, and claims processing.
• Remote work experience for U.S.-based practices is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and patient-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage prior authorizations and medical billing on a weekly basis.
• Verify insurance eligibility and submit claims through a clearinghouse.
• Assist with patient intake, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Provide warm, trauma-informed communication and scheduling support.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentation.
