Job summary

KittySpout / DoggySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead ideation, scripting, planning and management of the creative process, with a heavy focus on Meta VSLs, UGC ads and direct response creatives that scale across paid channels. The role requires 3+ years in performance creative for DTC brands and hands-on experience with an AI stack in production.

You will work remotely, collaborating directly with the founders as the brand scales toward $100m+.

Qualifications

• Fully remote position with global collaboration.
• 3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands.
• Experience briefing short and long form VSLs.
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads performance and UGC strategies.
• Experience with AI-driven creative tools in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end VSLs and direct response creatives.
• Create 15+ ad briefs per week to maintain volume and quality.
• Dissect creative performance data to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with founders and editors to scale ad performance.
