Job summary

KittySpout is hiring a Direct Response Video Editor to transform raw footage into high-converting DR ads for Meta platforms. This fully remote role focuses on VSLs and short/long-form content, requiring experience with paid DTC ads, an AI-enabled workflow, and the ability to deliver high volume weekly.

You will work with a lean team, reporting to founders, and participate in scaling to multi-million dollar spends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Proven experience with professional video editing software, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week with high quality and speed.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams to scale ads.
