KittySpout / DoggySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to own ideation, scripting, planning, and management of the creative process across Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and direct response campaigns. We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta and are looking for someone who can deliver high-volume, high-quality output weekly.

This remote role requires 3+ years of DTC performance creative, deep experience briefing VSLs, and a track record of scaling campaigns with a hands-on AI stack in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Response experience for DTC brands or in a creative agency
• Hands-on experience interpreting performance data from platforms (e.g., Northbeam, Facebook Ads)
• Proven VSL copywriting experience for DR/performance brands
• Deep DTC experience with brands and spend levels behind your work

Responsibilities

• Develop VSL briefings end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video
• Partner with editors and performance marketers on testing
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data
