Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to own the ideation, scripting, planning, and management of the creative process for high-converting direct response ads across Meta. The role requires 3+ years of DTC and performance creative experience, and a current AI stack in production.

You will drive volume and quality on a weekly basis while briefing short and long-form VSLs. This fully remote position offers a generous performance bonus and sits within a fast-growing premium DTC

Qualifications

• Direct response expertise with 3+ years for DTC brands or agencies.
• Experience briefing short and long form VSLs for performance campaigns.
• Proven ability to scale creatives using data-driven insights.
• Experience running an AI stack in production for creative campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with performance data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop VSL briefings end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video creative.
• Partner with editors and performance marketers on testing.
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data.
