Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands or agencies.
• Proven briefing experience for short and long form VSLs.
• Experience leading AI-driven creative production stacks.
• Strong direct response media experience with scalable creatives.
• Fluent in English and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end VSLs and creative briefs.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video.
• Collaborate with editors and performance marketers to test and iterate.
• Analyze creative performance data to optimize campaigns.
