Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands or a creative agency
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data from platforms like Northbeam and Facebook Ads
• Willing to work overtime or weekends if needed
• Proven VSL copywriting experience for DR/performance brands
• Deep DTC experience—name brands and spend levels behind your work

Responsibilities

• Develop VSL briefings end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video
• Partner with editors and performance marketers on testing
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data
