KittySpout is looking for a Direct Response Video Editor to join our team. You will edit, produce, and manage multiple creative projects with a heavy focus on paid ad creatives for Meta platforms—VSLs, short and long form. We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta.

A 3+ year track record in DTC editing and a current AI stack in production are essential. We are a fast-growing premium DTC brand selling stainless steel cat water fountains and accessories, with strong growth plans into new verticals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Proficient in professional video-editing software; Adobe Premiere Pro preferred.
• Experience editing Meta/Facebook paid ads that convert.
• Volume: comfortable producing 8 ad briefs per week.
• AI-first workflows in video production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 8 ad briefs per week.
• Edit VSLs and DR video ads with AI-first workflows.
• Weekly iterations on top-performing ads to drive improvement.
• Ensure ads are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
• Stay tuned to social media/UGC trends to keep creatives fresh.
