KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead the ideation, scripting, planning and management of the entire creative process with a heavy focus on Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and high-converting direct response ads — short and long form — that scale across paid channels. We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta and aim to grow dramatically.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Direct Response experience in performance creative for DTC brands, runs a current AI stack in production, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Response experience for DTC brands or in creative agencies.
• Deep DTC experience with performance creative and VSLs.
• Proven ability to brief short and long form VSLs and deliver volume and quality weekly.

Responsibilities

• Develop VSL briefings end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video.
• Partner with editors and marketers on testing.
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data.
