Limitlessli is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process payroll for employees across the organization, aligning with HR and Finance. You will use Viventium, review timekeeping, and ensure accurate regular pay, overtime, bonuses, and deductions while maintaining confidentiality.

The role supports flexible remote collaboration across our international team, with deadlines aligned to US EST hours and strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll processes for large teams.
• Proficient with timekeeping, deductions, and tax handling.
• Strong data privacy and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll on weekly/biweekly cycles and other schedules.
• Use Viventium to process payroll and maintain records.
• Review time records, hours, overtime, PTO, and related data.
• Ensure accurate payments including bonuses, reimbursements, and commissions.
• Maintain payroll data, deposits, and tax withholding details.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll audits, year-end activities, and reporting.
• Respond to employee and management payroll inquiries promptly.
