Job summary

Vistra is seeking an International Payroll Associate for iiPay to support payroll processing for a global client base. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the Team Leader - International Payroll Operations, you will collaborate with in-country partners, manage deadlines, and maintain documentation while enabling ongoing improvements in processes and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of international payroll experience.
• Demonstrated client-facing administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Familiarity with ISAE 3402 and ISO 27001:2013 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate international payroll processing for assigned clients.
• Coordinate client requirements with in-country payroll networks.
• Manage scheduling to meet client deadlines; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and strive to improve processes.
• Maintain updated online document libraries and provide clear summaries.
