Qualifications

• Knowledge of W-2s, withholding, and taxable vs non-taxable reimbursements.

• Remote work setup and ability to communicate via Slack.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing & Adjustments: Process on-cycle and off-cycle payroll adjustments with high accuracy.
• Tips, Reimbursements & Compliance: Record and reconcile tips, service charges, and reimbursements; apply correct tax treatment.
• Investigations & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve W-2 suspensions and data mismatches; maintain audit trails.
• Employment Verification & Documentation: Process verification requests; maintain confidential records.
• Collaboration & Tools: Communicate status via Slack; improve payroll SOPs and tooling; coordinate cross-functionally.
