Job summary

Limitlessli is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our remote team. You will manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy of hours, wages, deductions, and taxes, while collaborating with HR and Finance to maintain precise records.

The ideal candidate has strong payroll experience, attention to detail, and hands-on work with Viventium or similar HRIS platforms. Experience in logistics or distribution environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll using Viventium is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, timekeeping, deductions, and tax withholding.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, biweekly, or other payroll cycles accurately and on time.
• Use Viventium to process payroll and maintain records.
• Review time records, hours, overtime, PTO, and other payroll data.
• Ensure accurate processing of regular pay, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain and update payroll information and tax withholding details.
• Investigate discrepancies and respond to inquiries from employees and management.
