Job summary

You will review timesheets, prepare payroll tax returns, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 2–3 years of payroll experience are expected, with proficiency in Excel and Paycom.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll processing or accounting experience.
• Experience supporting US-based business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates and payroll bi-weekly.
• Reviewing timesheets 3x a week.
• Cross referencing timesheets to the schedule.
• Generating a weekly labor hour report.
• Tracking non-paid labor from state subsidies.
• Prepare payroll and payroll tax returns timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
