Formación

• 1 year of experience in payroll processing and administrative support.
• Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with payroll regulations and employment administration.
• Knowledge of MOM regulations is an advantage.
• Experience in maintaining employee records and handling confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain and reconcile timekeeping and attendance records.
• Update employee information in the payroll system.
• Review medical claims, leave records, and payroll-related transactions.
• Coordinate employment contracts and amendments for external staff.
• Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality.
• Support training scheduling, medical check-ups, and admin submissions.
• Assist with ad hoc payroll-related projects.
