Job summary

SmartOutsourcing Solution is seeking a Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll operations for EOR services across Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia, and more, coordinating with Sprout HRIS, QuickBooks Online and payment platforms. You will oversee payroll associates and ensure regulatory compliance with DOLE, BIR, and other authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 4–6 years of end-to-end payroll processing with supervisory experience.
• Proven expertise in Sprout HRIS and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple countries (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll runs across multiple entities using Sprout HRIS.
• Validate payroll data (attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions) for regulatory compliance.
• Oversee statutory deductions and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax).
• Ensure timely remittance and filing of statutory reports.
• Supervise Payroll Associates to ensure accuracy across EOR payrolls.
• Integrate payroll data with QuickBooks Online for expense recording.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations.
• Drive automation projects with Sprout, QuickBooks, Airwallex, and Wise.
• Provide training and mentorship to team.
