Job summary

iScale Solutions is seeking an experienced PH payroll specialist to run end-to-end payroll for multiple client companies, overseeing 13th month pay, year-end processing, and statutory contributions in the Philippines.

You will validate results, prepare BIR filings, and collaborate with developers to test payroll features and ensure accurate calculations before release. This is a remote position with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on PH payroll experience.
• Strong command of PH labor and tax rules for payroll.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and payroll/HRIS systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Clear communicator, able to explain “why” a number is what it is.
• Experience at a payroll software company (implementation, support, or payroll operations) is a plus.
• Singapore payroll experience (CPF, SDL) is a plus.
