Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and payroll practices.
• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
• Support lifecycle events: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, offboarding.
• Administer benefits, leave, claims, and attendance records.
• Prepare contracts, HR letters, and other HR-related docs.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate communications.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act and HR regulations.
• Respond to payroll, leave, benefits, and policy inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain payroll databases.
• Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
