ProSource is seeking a Payments Solutions Specialist to join our Customer Support team in a fully remote capacity. You will support payment processing, merchant onboarding, account configuration, and transaction inquiries for Payrix and Stripe platforms, partnering with Finance, Sales, Implementation, and Product to ensure a seamless experience.

• Experience in merchant services and payment processing.
• Familiar with card-present and card-not-present transactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer payment issues across email, phone, and chat.
• Support merchant onboarding and ensure proper payment account configuration.
• Identify, document, and track payment complaints, incidents, and trends.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Implementation, and Product to improve adoption.
• Stay current on payment industry trends and best practices.
