MicroSourcing is seeking a Payments Processor to join our team in an onsite role with a night shift. You will manage new sales opportunities, ensure accurate payment processing, and maintain financial records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate attention to detail, reliable data entry, and clear communication with the Sales and Financing teams to ensure smooth transactions and documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure all new opportunity files are accurately reviewed.
• Experience with payment processing and reconciliations.
• Accurate data entry into client accounts and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new opportunity files for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales Team on new submissions and workflows.
• Schedule and process payments to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Submit financing files to the financing group with required documentation.
• Upload offline files into the client data folder and maintain organized records.
