Payreto is seeking an Account Executive to deliver efficient technical support to clients and their customers via phone, email, or chat. You will handle basic issues, manage user access, process transactions, and generate reports while coordinating with internal teams and external partners for timely resolutions.

You will document interactions thoroughly and stay current with Payreto’s technologies and industry trends, contributing to high-quality client support in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years experience in client/technical support for international clients is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in G Suite and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, or chat.
• Manage user administration and perform stated transactions.
• Generate and interpret reports from preset configurations.
• Assist clients with setting up e-commerce platforms and integrations.
• Coordinate requests with internal teams and external partners for complex issues.
• Document each case accurately in ticketing/internal systems.
• Support system configurations and merchant onboarding as needed.
• Maintain high-quality service and proactive communication with clients.
