Reliasourcing is seeking a Payments Support Specialist in the Philippines to assist merchants with payment solutions and integrations, resolving enquiries efficiently.

You will diagnose technical issues, guide seamless integration of card processing, APMs, and Open Banking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer support, payment processing, client onboarding, or related operational roles within the payments or fintech industry.
• Understanding of API documentation and integration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Payneteasy or PaymentIQ.
• Ability to read, analyze, log, and troubleshoot technical issues in the payment system.
