Job summary

Freelancer.com is seeking a proactive payments-focused professional to own the operational performance of the payment lifecycle, including funding, disbursement, settlement and risk controls. You will handle high volumes of inquiries, ensure accuracy, and work with our global teams and banking partners to improve funding methods and cross-border payments.

The role requires exceptional English communication, strong analytical skills, and a self-starting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the payment operations performance across funding, disbursement, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks and returns.
• Review and resolve high volumes of payment processing tasks quickly and accurately.
• Improve transaction success rates and reduce friction in funding flows.
• Analyze and resolve payment processing issues from inquiries to complex exceptions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners on payment concerns and onboarding of methods.
