Smart Apartment Data is seeking a Payment Resolution Specialist for a fully remote role in the Philippines. You will contact customers with overdue balances, drive payments, and push for clear commitments while maintaining professional conversations.

The position focuses on phone-based collections with US and international accounts, requiring strong English communication and a disciplined, metrics-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on collections experience with US or international accounts.
• Experience handling overdue accounts and outbound collections calls.
• Experience securing payment commitments and following up to resolution.
• Strong verbal English communication; professional and persistent without being aggressive.
• Comfortable discussing payments and handling objections.
• Ability to meet collections targets and work with performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue balances.
• Follow up by email and maintain contact until resolved.
• Ask direct questions to understand delays and objections.
• Work with customers to secure payment commitments or arrangements.
• Follow up on missed commitments and document next steps.
• Maintain notes and account updates with next steps.
• Aim to meet daily and weekly collections targets and KPIs.
