Job summary

Smart Apartment Data is seeking an experienced Collections Officer to manage overdue accounts and engage US-based customers. You will be persistent, professional, and fluent in English, handling high-volume outbound calls and emails to secure payments while maintaining accurate records and following up on commitments.

The role is fully remote and Philippines-based candidates are preferred. You will work toward daily and weekly collections targets, with a focus on negotiating timely settlements

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a dedicated collections role, handling US/international accounts
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
• Clear, direct, concise communicator
• Firm, persistent, and professional
• Able to meet targets and KPIs
