Job summary

Shapely is hiring a Sales Specialist – Patient Support Coordinator to be the first voice for prospective patients and guide them into care. This is a full-time remote contractor role aligned to Pacific Time (PST) with a Philippines-based location.

You will engage warm leads, explain program eligibility and cost, and convert interest into scheduled appointments, collaborating with multiple teams in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient-facing or healthcare support is preferred.
• Strong empathy and active listening in inquiries across channels.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy basics (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and inquiries via email, chat, and social channels for existing patients.
• Coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to resolve issues.
• Maintaining a high-touch, empathetic patient experience and documenting feedback.
