Job summary

MediSolution is seeking a Patient Services Representative to handle patient queries and concerns, interviewing patients and coordinating information among patients, families, medical personnel, and staff to support health care treatment.

Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting with billing and collections, liaising with insurance, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. This fully remote role offers competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably College Graduate or at least 2 years in college.
• Degrees related to Medical Field is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls according to procedure and standards.
• Assist patients in queries and concerns; collect outstanding balances.
• Assist third party entities, e.g., insurance, with patient account queries.
• Place outbound collection calls and address billing questions.
• Ensure HIPAA guidelines are respected and protect health information.
• Be a team player and support department and company goals.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Handle other related duties as assigned.
