Job summary

Insight Therapy Solutions is a remote healthcare services provider offering telehealth therapy across the United States. We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service/Sales Representative to connect with individuals and organizations, guide them to the right care, and drive access to therapy when needed.

You will work in a target-driven environment, handling inquiries, promoting services, and building partnerships with referral sources.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in U.S. healthcare or mental health services.
• Experience in remote or BPO environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with U.S. insurance eligibility is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Connect with leads and clients via phone, email, and fax to guide scheduling.
• Engage waitlisted clients and match with suitable therapists based on needs.
• Handle inquiries and follow up on missed or potential opportunities.
• Document client information in real time using internal systems.
• Present and promote services to referral sources and networks.
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
