You will coordinate care with admin, billing, and clinical teams, ensuring timely resolution and proactive follow-ups. Strong empathy, HIPAA awareness, and exceptional communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a patient-facing or customer support role, preferably in healthcare or telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries via email, chat, SMS, and other channels.
• Coordinate with Priority Admin, Billing, Medication, and clinical teams to resolve patient issues.
• Document patient interactions, actions taken, and follow-up needs in the appropriate systems.
