Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or medical administration
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable engaging in 10–12 minute consultative conversations with prospective patients
• Able to work onsite and follow defined processes

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective and existing patients
• Serve as first contact and create a warm patient experience
• Engage prospective patients in consultative conversations to understand needs and concerns
• Educate patients about the practice, services, and appointment process
• Assist with intake paperwork and EMR data entry
• Support scheduling, referrals, and insurance eligibility verification
• Maintain accurate patient information and perform data entry
• Follow scripts and SOPs
• Meet daily administrative tasks within timelines
