PlacidWay is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of the patient care team, you will contact incoming patient leads and guide them through their healthcare journey, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact to treatment.

You will build trusted relationships with patients, coordinate discussions with providers, and leverage CRM tools to track interactions and drive sales while maintaining a patient-first

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience with international customers is a plus.
• Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
