Job summary

Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a Patient Outreach Specialist to support a U.S.-based prosthetics and orthotics provider. This remote role involves guiding patients from inquiry to appointment, communicating via phone, email, chat, and text, and coordinating with physician offices to gather required information.

The ideal candidate will excel in patient communication, organization, and follow-through while navigating HIPAA requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, patient scheduling, patient access, customer service, call center operations, sales, or another patient-facing role.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls.
• Comfortable conducting proactive patient outreach and following established scripts or workflows.
• Ability to professionally address questions and guide patients toward next steps.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Coordinate with physician offices and internal teams to ensure required information is complete.
• Schedule prosthetic and orthotic appointments at the appropriate clinic.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain organized follow-up workflows.
• Collaborate with intake, billing, clinic operations, and leadership.
