Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, nurturing, or appointment setting.
• Sales-oriented and focused on generating qualified appointments.
• Experience with email and text-message automation.
• Familiarity with CRM or EHR systems; AcuBliss experience preferred.
• Strong social media engagement and DM management skills.
• Healthcare or wellness industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, adaptable, coachable, and receptive to feedback.
• Comfortable working toward measurable goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture prospective patient leads.
• Respond to inquiries via email, text, and social media.
• Follow up consistently and schedule qualified appointments.
• Manage automated email and text follow-up sequences.
• Re-engage inactive patients and old leads.
• Manage social media comments and DMs.
• Update lead info and activities in AcuBliss or other CRM/EHR systems.
• Track lead status and ensure no follow-up is missed.
• Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements.
• Assist with newsletters, patient education, and basic social media posting.
• Provide administrative support related to lead management.
• Report on leads contacted, appointments booked, and conversion results.
