Job summary

Palmetto is seeking a remote Partner Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator in the Philippines to support partner onboarding and compliance follow-ups for a fixed-term 1-year assignment. No compliance background is required; detail-oriented and quick to learn new tools are valued.

You will help process applications across HVAC, water heater, generator, and GSHP programs. Responsibilities include tracking records, sending follow-ups, and monitoring licenses, certifications, renewals, and insurance

Qualifications

Detail-oriented with multiple tasks managed without misses.
Administrative or data-entry experience is a plus.
Strong written communication and independent email drafting.
Proficient in Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a bonus.
Fixed-term, 1-year position with possible extension or conversion.

Responsibilities

Process and track partner applications for HVAC, Water Heater, Generator, and GSHP programs.
Send follow-up emails and outreach to collect missing information.
Keep records up to date and flag items needing review.
Assist with a review of partner records in the compliance platform.
Track partner licenses, certifications, renewals, and insurance expirations.
Monitor compliance requirements for sales reps across multiple markets.
