Job summary

Copeland in the Philippines seeks an Engineer 1 - Technical Service to deliver remote technical support for thermostats and energy management solutions. This role is primarily over the phone and requires guiding clients through installations, configurations, and maintenance from your desk.

The position is hybrid with on-site three days a week in Quezon City and Manila, offering a fixed night shift and potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Preferably Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering graduate.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Hybrid work setup with on-site requirement 3x per week and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via phone and digital tools.
• Guide clients through installations, configurations, and maintenance of thermostats and energy systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product Development to improve service.
