Job summary

AdminEdge is seeking an RN Patient Care & Practice Support Coordinator for a growing mobile medical practice. This part-time, remote role focuses on patient communication, scheduling, intake, and day-to-day administrative workflows, with an emphasis on escalation protocols and maintaining high patient care standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare coordination, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently within EST hours.

Qualifications

• RN strongly preferred; LPN/LVN may be considered.
• 3+ years in patient coordination or healthcare admin for US practice.
• Experience with intake, scheduling, clinical communication, and medical records workflows.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional phone presence.
• Organized, independent, and detail-oriented with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient inquiries during scheduled hours and route questions appropriately.
• Schedule house calls, telehealth, IV services, and follow-ups.
• Manage intake, consent forms, deposits, and provider reviews when needed.
• Review lab results, pharmacy requests, and patient documentation.
• Follow up on inquiries and support practice growth projects.
