Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Pay-per-Click Team Lead to guide a team of Paid Search Specialists in delivering and optimizing SEM campaigns for B2B clients. The role blends people leadership with hands-on campaign management, ensuring high performance and client success.

You will drive strategy, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining operational excellence and growth opportunities for the team. This is a remote, Philippines-based position with a strong focus on results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing Paid Search, SEM, PPC in a B2B environment.
• At least 1 year in a Team Lead or supervisory role.
• Experience managing paid search campaigns using Google Ads or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Paid Search Specialists to meet performance objectives.
• Manage workload, timelines, and team productivity across campaigns.
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
• Set best practices, quality standards, and process improvements for the team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
• Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor budgets, keyword strategy, bidding, and KPI tracking.
• Interpret performance data and suggest optimization opportunities.
• Support reporting with dashboards and analytics tools.
• Provide guidance on strategy and troubleshoot issues as needed.
