Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Search Engine Optimization Specialist to implement paid search strategies for our clients. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across networks, monitor keyword bids, budgets, and performance against client goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years managing SEM campaigns, strong Excel skills, and experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio. This is a remote, full-time role from Metro Manila offering competitive rewards and health

Qualifications

• 1–2 years managing SEM/Paid Search campaigns across multiple advertisers.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Data Studio.
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Certifications in Google Search and Microsoft Ads preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online paid search campaigns, including implementation, optimization, and analysis.
• Monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other pertinent campaign metrics.
• Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
• Communicate optimizations and recommendations based on client reporting for all major campaign metrics.
• Monitor campaign dashboards and key reporting tools, highlighting key areas of importance aligned with client goals.
• Cooperate with internal teams on campaign development, timelines, results, and optimizations.
• Present campaign strategies, initiatives, and growth opportunities to clients in person and over the phone.
• Prepare client-facing attribution reports using internal and third-party tools such as Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics.
