GrowthAssistant, LLC is seeking a Hotel Reservations Agent to virtually welcome hotel guests and guide them through check-in using video kiosks. You will work with Opera Cloud and SkyTouch PMS, handling reservations, guest identity verification, and stay details.

This overnight remote role demands hospitality instincts, clear communication, and reliability. You will document interactions, follow property workflows, and provide feedback to improve product functionality for a guest-facing service.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in hospitality or equivalent live customer-facing support.
• Familiar with hotel PMS; Opera Cloud or SkyTouch preferred.
• Experience handling guest check-ins and reservations lookup.
• Strong verbal communication with guest-friendly tone.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in live interactions.
• High reliability and attendance for overnight coverage.
• Comfort working independently in a structured environment.
• Comfort working overnight US Eastern hours (8/9pm–7am ET).

Responsibilities

• Virtual Guest Check-In via video kiosk platform.
• PMS Navigation to locate reservations and verify guest identity.
• Follow property-specific workflows as program rolls out.
• Communicate with guests professionally and answer arrival questions.
• Escalate urgent issues to on-site staff and product teams.
• Document guest interactions and exceptions in company systems.
• Maintain privacy, identity verification, and compliance standards.
• Provide structured product feedback to improve workflows.
